Do you offer a free trial or sample of your product Phentramin-D®?
We do not offer any samples of our Phentramin-D® product. The main reason we do not offer “trial sample size” containers, is that for most people, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to really get the full effects of our product. Remember, Phentramin-D® is not “a miracle diet pill”, but rather a tool to assist you in your weight loss by helping you to eat healthy and be good to your body. The smallest size we have is the 1 month supply for $67. This is rather inexpensive compared to protecting your health and well-being. Most people admit they spend more than $2 a day or $15 a week on “junk food” or dining out.
What if I'm not at home to accept my order?
UPS and U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers do not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave the package at your destination if they deem the area safe and your order is valued less than $200. It is up to the discretion of the driver to determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery. All orders with a retail value of $200 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for your order, most packages can be held at the local UPS or USPS location for 3 to 5 days awaiting your pick up and signature.

Do you ship to international addresses?
We do ship orders to international addresses. Customs of some countries may put an unexpected delay or extra duty fees on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over; please allow extra time for your package to pass through Customs. Certain countries do not allow shipments of this type of product to be imported. Our system will not generate a shipping quote for any country that will not allow our products to be imported. Any international order could be confiscated by Customs and no refund will be allowed. A few of the countries we do not ship to are Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, Singapore.
At Lazarus Labs we have no way of knowing what is legal in each country. Often, even some products that are safe, and accepted in the USA, that even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries (like Advil or One-a-Day Vitamins). If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and Customs either seizes the products, destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not Lazarus Labs. If Customs contacts you and tells you that you have an order, you may decide to tell them it is not your order rather than accept the product and the problems that may go with acceptance. There are no refunds for seized or refused orders.
Returns from Customs:
If the product is undamaged, we can try to re-ship to you again, if you pay the re-shipping cost. However, if the product is damaged or opened we cannot reship, and it is the customer's loss.

What are the side effects from Phentramin-D®?
The two main side effects of Phentramin-D® are increased energy and decreased appetite. In general, you should not have any adverse side effects while taking Phentramin-D®. Occasionally a customer will complain of dry mouth or slight nausea. If this occurs, please increase your water intake to at least 64 ounces per day and take the Phentramin-D® with your meal instead of 20 minutes before the meal.

Do you offer a guarantee on your products?
Yes! How long does it normally take to receive my order?
