Shipping Policies

All orders that select the Free Shipping option will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and this service has no guaranteed delivery date or time. This Free Shipping option is at the mercy of the USPS system.

Customers have the option to pay for a different method at checkout for UPS services.

For International orders we offer shipping via U.S. Postal Service only.

We do ship orders to APO/FPO addresses via U.S. Postal Service. If you need assistance please contact our customer service department. 

***DUE TO RECENT COVID-19 CIRCUMSTANCES .. UPS and USPS ARE EXPERIENCING DELIVERY DELAYS***

We do offer "Express" deliveries. If a customer pays for an express service and the delivery company does not deliver by the day promised, upon request we will refund the difference in the shipping paid vs. when it actually arrived. ***Orders received after 1:00pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 1:00pm on Thursday and any time on Friday are NOT eligible for express delivery on weekend or holiday deliveries but will be delivered on the next business day. We do not ship orders on holidays or weekends. Any order that is placed on a holiday or weekend that has selected an express shipping option will process the next business day.

Is this an auto ship program or do you bill my credit card monthly?

No. You can rest assured that Lazarus Labs never does any auto ship programs or auto-billing of any kind. When you are ready to order again, simply visit our website and place your order online, or if you prefer, call our Customer Service Center at 888-606-1002 to place your order over the phone.

What if I'm not at home to accept my order? 

UPS and U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers do not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave the package at your destination if they deem the area safe and your order is valued less than $200. It is up to the discretion of the driver to determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery.  All orders with a retail value of $200 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery.  If no one is available to sign for your order, most packages can be held at the local UPS or USPS location for 3 to 5 days awaiting your pick up and signature.

Can I ship to a military APO/FPO address?

Yes. If you are having difficulties placing your order to an APO / FPO address please contact us at customerservice@lazaruslabs.com and we can help you to place your order.

Do you ship to international addresses?

We do ship orders to international addresses. Customs of some countries may put an unexpected delay or extra duty fees on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over; please allow extra time for your package to pass through Customs. Certain countries do not allow shipments of this type of product to be imported. Our system will not generate a shipping quote for any country that will not allow our products to be imported. Any international order could be confiscated by Customs and no refund will be allowed. A few of the countries we do not ship to are Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Republic of Korea, Netherlands, and Singapore.

At Lazarus Labs we have no way of knowing what is legal in each country. Often, even some products that are safe, and accepted in the USA, that even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries (like Advil or One-a-Day Vitamins). If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and Customs either seizes the products, destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not Lazarus Labs. If Customs contacts you and tells you that you have an order, you may decide to tell them it is not your order rather than accept the product and the problems that may go with acceptance. There are no refunds for seized or refused orders.

Returns from Customs:

If the product is undamaged, we can try to re-ship to you again, if you pay the re-shipping cost. However, if the product is damaged or opened we cannot reship, and it is the customer's loss.
